Garret Kramer

Garret Kramer is the founder and managing partner of Inner Sports. He has provided consulting and/or crisis management services to hundreds of athletes and coaches; from well known professionals, Olympians, and teams, to high school and collegiate players across a multitude of sports. A former collegiate ice hockey player, Garret is credited with bringing the principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought to the athletic community at large. Garret often lectures on topics related to the states of mind that lead to success on and off the playing field. He has been featured on WFAN, ESPN, WOR, FOX, CTV, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, Forbes, and other nationally syndicated sports programs and magazines. Garret is the author of two books, Stillpower: The Inner Source of Athletic Excellence, and The Path of No Resistance: Why Overcoming is Simpler than You Think.


Jamie Smart

Jamie Smart is an internationally renowned writer, speaker, coach and consultant. He shows individuals and organizations the unexpected keys to clarity; the ultimate leverage point for creating more time, better decisions and meaningful results. In addition to working with coaching clients and leading selected corporate programs, Jamie runs professional development workshops for business leaders, trainers, coaches and consultants. He has appeared on Sky TV and on the BBC, as well as in numerous publications including The Daily Telegraph. In 2003, Jamie started the company “Salad” which soon became the world’s leading NLP product business, and he was acknowledged by his peers as one of the world’s finest trainers. Then, in 2008, Jamie shifted his focus to a new paradigm, the principles of Innate Thinking. He stopped teaching NLP and in 2012, sold Salad. Jamie’s clients now include the Guardian newspaper, Sweet & Maxwell, Payzone and Dun & Bradstreet. Jamie is the author of Clarity: Clear Mind, Better Performance, Bigger Results. He lives in London.
